How useful are treasury KPIs?

In corporate treasury measuring performance has become even more important since the financial crisis. Sophisticated financial KPIs are now commonplace within treasury and also increasingly expected at the executive level. This article looks at what KPIs are, how they can be used and some of the problems which arise when attempting to implement relevant KPIs for treasury.
