Event Manager

Job Profile

  • Trade show and customer/team event planning, organization, delivery and follow-up in an international business environment
  • Conceptualize new and innovative formats for customer events and specialist trade show and conference presentations
  • Coordinate and supervise external service providers
  • Manage internal project communication across departments and group companies
  • Oversee events and ensure smooth and professional delivery
  • Budget planning and cost control

Your skills and requirements

  • Event management degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ professional experience in trade show or event management
  • Very methodical, structured, target-oriented and independent approach to work
  • Confident appearance, outstanding communication skills and service orientation
  • Organizational talent, budget and quality conscious, team player
  • Working knowledge of commonly used MS Office applications and affinity for modern communication tools
  • Excellent spoken and written command of German and English
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad and work flexible hours.
