This app is intended for the use of customers worldwide. The main purpose of the app is to offer access to a global bank directory that is provided by SWIFT. In addition the app does feature push notifications on relevant bank master data changes as well as a verification tool for Corporate accounts.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs via your account. If you have created a login and password, then any such login and password are for your personal use only. You may not reveal your login or password to anyone else or permit anyone else to use your login and password to access the premium services in the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
The data being shown in the app is based on the external source provided by SWIFT. BELLIN does not take any kind of liability in regards to the correctness of the information reflected or in case the data being shown in the app is outdated. This is also valid for the enhancements like the two factor verification of Corporate accounts where the accuracy of the information is based on the input the supplier delivers.
The app is offered free of charge for general usage despite some additional elements being subject to a premium subscription that is payable. The free access includes access to:
- Bank names and location
- Bank group information
- Bank services
- Manage your own bank portfolio
- Review a bank service level
- Verify a Corporate account based on availability of the suppliers data
The access to specific bank master data is only available for premium users that does require an subscription via in-app purchases. This payable service includes access to:
- Push notifications if one of the elements above has been changes and the bank is part the own bank portfolio
The premium access does allow the user to have additional access to bank specific data as outlined above. The premium subscription can be ordered via in-app purchases or additionally to your tm5 subscription in case you are already a BELLIN tm5 customer. The duration of the subscription is 12 months and the premium fee will be charged for this time period upfront after a free trial period of 7 days. To cancel the subscription you will need to follow the in-app purchase process or notify BELLIN in case you are a tm5 customer three months in advance before the premium subscription will be renewed.
Banks are allowed to promote their branches and banking group at different places in the app. The promotional content is subject to a premium paid by the financial institution. The options to see sponsored content are e.g.:
- Splash screen once you are accessing the app
- The first three entries in the result lists
- Additional direct contact information on the bank details page
- The logo being shown on the bank details page
